I was admitted to practise as a solicitor in the HKSAR in 2014 and in England and Wales in 2024. I am accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
I have experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. I have advised listing applicants from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore across diverse industries, such as financial leasing, elderly care, construction, manufacturing, catering and software development, on pre-IPO reorganisations, pre-IPO investments, IPOs, spin-off listing and transfer of listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. I have also advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition and disposal of shares and assets, formation of joint ventures, legal due diligence and trademark applications.
I have advised listed issuers across a wide range of industries, such as property development, property management, financial leasing, elderly care, construction, film production and food manufacturing, on compliance matters related to continuing obligations, notifiable transactions, connected transactions, fund-raising activities, reorganisation, corporate governance and other regulatory requirements under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Recently, I acted as international counsel to issuers from Mainland China in connection with offering of bonds which are listed on the Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd.
