If you rely on a third party’s funds (e.g., gift monies from your parents or spouse), we charge £250.00 plus VAT on top of the legal fees for the source of funding checks.
If you are buying a leasehold property, there will extra £350 plus VAT on top being the legal costs to handle the block management work for the post-completion
When the property is subject to tenancy agreement, we will charge extra £550 plus VAT being the due diligence check against the current tenant.
If in any case that you are buying the property under your company name, you must prepare the board resolution yourself. However, if you want us to prepare you the same instead, we shall charge extra £250 plus VAT
