I am a consultant at Perilli & Ho, Solicitors and I joined Perilli & Ho in year 2023. I graduated from the University of Hong Kong, obtaining my LL.B and P.C.LL in 1994 and 1995 respectively. Following a two-year training contract in a Hong Kong law firm, I qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1997 and in the UK in 1998.
In the early stages of my practice, I worked as a general practitioner with a focus on family, matrimonial, and personal injury matters. Approximately five years after qualifying as a solicitor, I, along with my principal and other colleagues, established our solicitors’ firm in Hong Kong. Currently, I am still practicing in Hong Kong and also serve as a consultant for a law firm in the region.
My passion lies in family and matrimonial practice, an area in which I have specialized for many years. I bring extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. My advisory scope covers all areas of matrimonial law, including divorce and separation, applications for ancillary reliefs, and matters related to custody, care and control, access, and relocation of children.
Over the years, I have been involved in numerous complicated matrimonial cases, handling situations involving high net worth individuals, professionals, and providing counsel to both husbands and wives, as well as unmarried partners.
