I’m Billy Mak, and I joined Perilli & Ho as a legal assistant in July 2022. Subsequently, I progressed to the role of Trainee Solicitor in October 2023. My legal journey, enriched with over a decade of diverse experience, commenced in Hong Kong, where I qualified as a Legal Executive in 2004. This international exposure has been instrumental in honing my expertise across various legal fields.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University and completed my Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. My academic background has equipped me with a robust foundation in law, fostering a keen aptitude for thorough legal research, precise document drafting, and efficient management of a broad spectrum of legal matters.
Since joining Perilli & Ho Solicitors, I have been actively involved in multiple legal areas, driven by a profound passion for social justice. My approach to client relationships is built on trust and transparent communication. Under the mentorship of my principal, I adeptly handle the intricacies of diverse legal challenges, ensuring top-tier service and compliance with best practices.
My past legal roles have spanned civil litigation, probate, matrimonial conveyancing, and more, providing me with opportunities to collaborate with a range of talented solicitors, barristers, and other professionals. Currently, my practice areas at Perilli & Ho include conveyancing, immigration, company law, and private client services such as will drafting.
