Additional Charges:

  • Mortgage Assistance:If you require mortgage assistance, we charge £650.00 plus VAT on top of the legal fees if your lender is from a mainstream bank in the UK. If your lender is not from a mainstream bank, please contact us for further details.
  • Third-Party Funds (e.g., Gifts): If you rely on third-party funds (e.g., gift monies from your parents or spouse), we charge £250.00 plus VAT on top of the legal fees for the source of funding checks.
  • Leasehold Property: For leasehold properties, there will be an additional charge of £350.00 plus VAT to cover the legal costs for handling block management work post-completion.
  • Tenancy Agreement: If the property is subject to a tenancy agreement, we charge an additional £550.00 plus VAT for due diligence checks against the current tenant.
  • Purchasing Under a Company Name: If you are buying the property under your company name, you must prepare the board resolution yourself. However, if you require us to prepare it for you, we will charge an additional £250.00 plus VAT.
