I am a Consultant Solicitor at Perilli & Ho Solicitors with over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. My practice focuses on advising clients on cross-border corporate transactions and commercial matters involving the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China.

I specialise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate finance, and corporate and commercial matters across these jurisdictions. Throughout my career, I have advised clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions and disposals of shares, businesses and assets, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and corporate finance transactions.

I regularly advise on complex cross-border transactions involving legal and commercial issues across the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the PRC. I work closely with clients to structure transactions and develop practical, commercially focused solutions that align with their strategic objectives and business needs.

I was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2003 and obtained the PRC Lawyer Qualification in 2012. I was appointed as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer in Hong Kong in 2018 and as a Notary Public in Hong Kong in 2020. In 2023, I was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
