If you rely on third-party funds (e.g., gift monies from your parents or spouse), we charge £350.00 plus VAT on top of the legal fees for the source of funding checks. - Leasehold Property:
For leasehold properties, there will be an additional charge of £450.00 plus VAT to cover the legal costs for handling block management work post-completion. - Tenancy Agreement:

Family Matter

If the other party cannot be located, is in prison, or cannot be served with the divorce papers through the usual process, additional legal work may be required, including applications to the court for substituted service or dispensation of service. In such circumstances, an additional fee of £1,800.00 plus VAT will apply.
