With a profound sense of pride and responsibility, I established Perilli & Ho in 2021. As the founder and managing director, my vision for Perilli & Ho goes beyond its role as a legal entity; it aspires to be a dynamic force adeptly navigating the ever-evolving legal landscape.
Driven by a lifelong commitment to justice and fairness, I chose the legal profession to challenge injustice and inequality. My journey began with a deep-seated aspiration, which took root when I was eight, to champion the principles of law. I embarked on my trajectory within the legal profession with a distinct objective of effecting positive change. Graduating with honors from the University of Hull and successfully completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2006, I ascended swiftly through the ranks, achieving qualification as a solicitor in 2009.
As an esteemed legal professional specializing in immigration, real estate, development, and construction law, my expertise encompasses various facets. This includes portfolio sales/acquisitions, market entry and exit strategies, sale/leaseback arrangements, as well as planning, development, and structuring of diverse projects in the realms of retail, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Furthermore, my extensive experience extends to representing both lenders and borrowers in a broad spectrum of international finance transactions. Beyond that, I manage various types of civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, handling intricate matters such as commercial contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, as well as personal injury and tort claims.
My clientele includes international financial institutions and private banks in both the UK and Hong Kong. Additionally, I serve private clients and collaborate with property developers in the UK, offering legal counsel to companies, financial institutions, selling shareholders, and private equity funds within the realms of private equity and real estate. I have also engaged in collaborative endeavors with various prominent legal institutions in both Hong Kong and the UK.
Fluent in my native Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin, and boasting intermediate aptitude in Italian, I bring a global perspective to my practice.
With over 13 years of experience as a legal professional, it is pertinent to emphasize that the significance of justice cannot be overstated. I am truly commendable in my unwavering commitment to upholding the principles of justice and fairness.
