I joined Perilli & Ho Solicitors as a Director of the company, bringing with me extensive experience in advising both UK and international clients across a broad range of commercial and property matters.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, I relocated to the United Kingdom in 1996. I graduated from the University of Essex School of Law with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and subsequently qualified as a solicitor. Since qualification, I have developed a substantial practice acting for corporate and private clients on complex legal and transactional matters.
My practice focuses primarily on advising private equity funds, corporate clients and high net worth individuals on high-value real estate transactions, private acquisitions and cross-border investments. I have significant experience acting for clients based in the UK and overseas, particularly high net worth individuals from China, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as multinational corporations.
I regularly advise clients from Asia on cross-border commercial and investment projects, together with personal and corporate matters requiring coordinated multi-jurisdictional input.
I am committed to delivering commercially astute, efficient and pragmatic advice, with a clear focus on achieving effective outcomes for my clients.
I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside my legal practice, I have been involved in running a charitable organisation in Harlow since 2000, reflecting my longstanding commitment to community engagement.
