I am a qualified solicitor of England and Wales.  My repertoire predominantly spans negotiating international commercial contracts between companies in Europe and the Middle East, commercial procurement, logistics, distribution, marketing, corporate restructuring, company secretarial services and regulatory compliance.

Having previously trained in cannabis, worked in tobacco and on a statutory public inquiry, I have a penchant for ‘grey’ sectors within the legal industry and once held the post of General Counsel at an award-winning market leader.

I joined Perilli & Ho to further diversify and hone what I consider to be an already wide-ranging skill set, within the purview of a solutions-oriented private practice.
